SELL AND BUY POLICY
Effective Date: 1st July 2024
Using OnlyMeets.co.uk
- You must be at least 18. In addition, if accessing from outside of UK Laws you must be the legal age of consent for viewing sexual pictures, chatting, meeting or buying from our sellers.
- OnlyMeets are UK based, at our sole discretion Sellers can join from outside UK.
- You may request to join as a Seller via the standard joining procedure which can be found here. Once joined you must register as VIP+ in order to sell.
- Should you wish to upgrade from VIP to VIP+ please note that this is classed as a new subscription so you will be charged the full amount.
- For those upgrading from VIP to VIP+ please contact support who will extend your VIP+ pass to cover any lost days for your VIP status at a ratio of 50%. i.e. if you have 10 days left as VIP and upgrade to VIP+ then you will get an extra 5 days at VIP+.
- You are only allowed to sell physical items of a sexual nature.
- You are not allowed to advertise physical sexual services via the selling pages.
- Sellers must use the upload form here and provide pictures and a description of the item being sold with the price.
- Members of the site will contact them directly, either through the mailing system or via direct chat (if enabled) to arrange payment and shipping.
- Both the seller and the buyer remove any financial responsibility from OnlyMeets with respect to the transaction and/or delivery of the item.
- Should there be an issue, either from the buyer or seller, OnlyMeets will investigate and take actions where required, these could include suspension or deletion of the account.
- Sellers can ask for any or all of their material to be removed from our systems via the contact us form found on the help page. We will action this as a priority.
- We reserve the right to remove Seller material at any time subject to our commercial needs.
- If a sellers VIP+ account does not renew it will automatically revert back to Guest mode, the seller can have the option of upgrading back to VIP/VIP+ at their discretion.
- In the event that a seller or buyer breaks UK law all liability is with them, both financially and legally.
- If for some reason you cannot access your account and you wish for OnlyMeets to manually delete it please message us via the contact us form on the Help page with your request and we will action as a priority. Manual account deletions may require you to send us additional information so we can verify you are the account holder.
- We reserve the right to modify or change our Seller Policy with immediate effect. Not exclusive, but this could be due to a change in law, change in process, the addition of new features, safety upgrades, protection of data, security of the site.
- All other policies not covered in this policy are covered by the Terms and Conditions, the Content Creators Policy and the Privacy Policy for which Sellers and Buyers are also subject to.
