CONTENT CREATOR POLICY

Effective Date: 1st July 2024

Using OnlyMeets.co.uk

1. You must be at least 18. In addition, if accessing from outside of UK Laws you must be the legal age of consent for viewing sexual pictures, chatting, and meeting up with ridiculously rude people.
2. We are UK based, at our sole discretion Content Creators can join from outside UK.
3. We may contact you to ask if you are interested in a collab whereby we offer you free exposure into our membership in return for us displaying your pictures and video's.
4. You may request to join as a Content Creator via the form which can be found here.
5. In order to join as a Content Creator you must confirm in writing that you own the copyright to any material supplied to us and that you are over the age of 18, we may also ask for Photo ID to confirm both identity and age.  If we have any doubt over age or legality of photo's video's supplied to us then we reserve the right to immediately suspend the account pending further checks.
6. Content Creators can upload pictures and videos that we will add for public viewing by Guests, VIP and VIP+ members.
7. Content uploaded can be of a graphic and explicit sexual nature and we will consider any such material so long as it is legal within UK Law.
8. To help drive traffic to Content Creators paywall content we will also display creator links to any such paywall content including, but not exclusive to, OnlyFans and Fansly.
9. Links will allow for the Content Creator to gain additional exposure to their paywall content whilst at the same time allowing our members to view their content.
10. Content Creators will be given a free VIP+ pass for the period that their content is published on our site.
11. For any queries about items being sold will be between the Content Creator and the member, please refer to the selling terms and conditions if in doubt.
12. OnlyMeets does not get involved in any transactions between Content Creators and members and you agree to absolve OnlyMeets of any responsibility with respect to this.
13. Content Creators can ask for any or all of their material to be removed from our systems via the contact us form found on the help page. We will action this as a priority.
14. We reserve the right to remove Creator Content material at any time subject to our commercial needs.
15. If we decide to remove all content from an individual Content Creator the OnlyMeets account will still remain live at VIP+ until the renewal.  At that point the account will revert to Guest and be subject to potential removal at a future date.
16. In the event that a Content Creator breaks UK law all liability is with them, both financially and legally.
17. If for some reason you cannot access your account and you wish for OnlyMeets to manually delete it please message us via the contact us form on the Help page with your request and we will action as a priority.  Manual account deletions may require you to send us additional information so we can verify you are the account holder.
18. We reserve the right to modify or change our Content Creator Policy with immediate effect.  Not exclusive, but this could be due to a change in law, change in process, the addition of new features, safety upgrades, protection of data, security of the site.
19. All other policies not covered in this policy are covered by the Terms and Conditions, the Sellers Policy and the Privacy Policy for which Content Creators are subject to.
