TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Using OnlyMeets.co.uk

1. You must be 18 or over or if accessing from outside of UK waters you must be the legal age of consent for viewing sexual pictures, chatting, and meeting up with ridiculously rude people.
2. We are UK based, you can join from outside UK if you wish but we are a UK based company providing a platform for swingers, BDSM, fetish, dogging, hook up sex site for UK residents.
3. In order to join you must verify your email to prove you are human, please ensure you check your spam folders.
4. You must not annoy or abuse any other members, we reserve the exclusive right to determine what is classed as annoying and abusive and reserve the right to suspend or terminate any member who is found to be abusive.
5. We absolutely reserve the right, and by applying to join you agree and understand, that we can choose to remove members and/or exclude based on safety, abuse or risk concerns. You understand that OnlyMeets is a private members association, there is no automatic right of entry or acceptance.
6. You must not spam on the site, this including Red Rooms Forums, Direct Messages, Instant Messages, Video Calling or any other chat feature we may implement.
7. You are fully and legally responsible for your profile text and pictures and are also fully responsible for all posts and comments you make within our chat services, these including direct messages, email messages, video calling and within the Red Room Forums.
8. Doxxing is a criminal offence - any members caught doing so will be immediately barred and their details potentially shared with the police.
9. There are three levels of membership, the free option is called Guest and the actions you are allowed to take as a Guest are limited - this is due to age verification as we wish to ensure we are fully 18+. If you wish to message other members, search our community or arrange sexual meets then you will have to register as VIP or VIP+, these being our second and third membership levels respectively.
10. There is a charge for both VIP and VIP+ levels, these can be found by clicking the Upgrade option. Members can choose the length of membership required.
11. VIP and VIP+ memberships are NOT AUTOMATICALLY renewed, any lapsed memberships will revert back to Guest mode.
12. Refunds will be provided so long as a written request is received within 14 days of purchase. For additional security in protecting your account we will require proof of address that matches the payment method address. Please click here for the refund form and process.
13. You are not allowed to copy, manipulate, store or reuse any of the data that is on the site. This applies to all member data or site date including text, pictures, buttons, code.
14. From time to time we may limit the amount of users that we have on the site, if this is the case and you have not renewed your account to VIP/VIP+ status, i.e. paid status, then we may delete your profile and all associated data without seeking your consent to make room for others.
15. If for some reason you cannot access your account and you wish for OnlyMeets to manually delete your account, then email us at onlymeets.co.uk with your request and we will action it as a priority.  Manual account deletions may require you to send us additional information so we can verify you are the account holder.
16. Where we are required to by UK law, we may keep certain information such as guarantees, warranties and the goods or services we have provided. Any legal requirements that we under law for financial and tax purposes will be followed as required.
17. Users cannot access the site without providing some "Personal Information" such as an email address that will require authentication to complete registration. Once registered we ask that other "Personal Information" and "Sensitive Information" be added to allow for the full use of the site. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of any information provided by users so we recommend caution at all times.
18. Users will also be compelled to provide some "Sensitive Information" in order to utilise the site, examples of which are sexuality, physical attributes and sexual preferences.  Joining the site is voluntary and entirely in the control of the user so love it or leave it.  Other "Sensitive Information" such as ethnicity, religious beliefs, and others are optional and this information is classed as voluntary.
19. If you disagree with providing "Personal Information" or "Sensitive Information" then please do not use the site as it is a requirement.
20. By registering, or pre-registering, on the site you are providing us with authority to email you with updates about your account and the OnlyMeets site. However, you are free to opt out at any time from our emails either be contact us directly at onlymeets.co.uk/contact or by unsubscribing to emails within the main logged in user account page.
21. If we believe there are any illegal activities being undertaken on the site then you provide us with the right to contact any relevant authorities and in addition we may release any data we hold about you or your account if we are required to by UK Law. You can still have lots of bat-shit fun without breaking the law or our rules so please behave!
22. We may offer links to third party sites to provide you with other additional features and extra benefits, an example of this is the Shop page which can be found at onlymeets.co.uk/shop. We may receive a commission if you decide to shop on these pages.
23. The Shop page also offers you the option to buy items direct from other verified community users.  Although we do our best to verify and ensure sellers are genuine, we do not guarantee any of the items advertised and recommend due diligence is undertaken before purchasing any items.
24. Any third-party pages that we link to are not controlled by us and you understand and agree that if you do visit these sites then you are subject to the terms and conditions set by them which includes their cookies and other potential data gathering or sharing.  We recommend that you read all policies and terms and conditions before agreeing to view or buy through any webpage as standard.
25. To continue to enhance user experience, we may use analytical software including but not limited to Monster Insights, Google Analytics and Facebook Business to measure traffic, I.P.'s, location, page-views, device and technical information and other metrics but these are not personally identifiable.
26. OnlyMeets cannot provide any guarantees on the safety, security or privacy policies set by third party websites, we recommend checking those cookies and ensuring you are happy with their sites before proceeding.
27. To enhance the user experience OnlyMeets may use its members data for profiling to allow us to provide you with potential suitable matches. Profiling will also be used to allow us to email members with special offers, advice, deals and events.
28. Live Video streams will be available soon for VIP/VIP+ users, we regularly review our live streaming partners and links and examine the feedback we get from members.  We take no responsibility for the content of these streams, the quality of these streams or their stability.  We recommend judgement is made on each channel and leave that responsibility to the user.  If in doubt, don't watch, you are 18+ and classed as an adult.
29. If you feel you need to report any breach of site rules, or any breach of UK laws please contact us immediately through the contact us form.
30. In order to test, maintain and improve the site and its features and functionality we may need to create some test profiles, these profiles will be clearly labelled and you are free to message but don't expect a reply.
31. Any pictures that are uploaded to OnlyMeets are the responsibility of the user and we take no legal responsibility for anything uploaded, this includes any breach of Copyright so you agree to uploading only personal photos that you digitally own. For clarity, all pictures including Private Pictures are checked manually before being allowed as public and by uploading any picture you agree that you have permission to do so.  You will appreciate that we have to do for lawful purposes to ensure our legal obligations are met.
32. For accounts where we believe there has been a breach of our terms of service or privacy policy then we reserve the right to delete the account and block the IP without refund.
33. Certain browsers may require the acceptance of their cookies, please read their cookie and privacy policies which are not under our control. You make the decision regarding your privacy and data.
34. From time to time, we may use software to block all IP addresses that originate from outside of the UK which can affect UK users using a VPN. Advice on this is given in the registration section of the Help page.
35. Promotions, such as those on the Club Quiz pages are open to all, however any prizes that are offered will only be available to VIP and VIP+ members.  In the event that a Guest member wins any prize there will be a re-draw until a VIP or VIP+ member wins.
36. For those who wish to photo-verify these photos once uploaded and verified by OnlyMeets are deleted immediately and cannot be recovered, these will not show on your profile. Should you wish for validation pictures to be added as public or private then please upload them again.
37. Any information you request from us, subject to proper security checks being made on account validity will be released as soon as possible but always within 1 month of your account and request being validated.
38. We reserve the right to modify or change our Terms and Conditions with immediate effect.  Not exclusive, but this could be due to a change in law, change in process, the addition of new features, safety upgrades, protection of data, security of the site.
